Detectives name Northeast’s most wanted

The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Detectives Division is seeking the public’s help in locating the following most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes in the Northeast:

• Kyle Bob, 31, is wanted for burglary and related offenses.

On Oct. 25 at about 11:30 a.m., Bob allegedly arrived at the home of a woman acquaintance and demanded that he be permitted to enter, but the woman refused, prompting Bob to kick in the door. Once inside, Bob allegedly threw the woman against a wall, placed a pocketknife against her throat and threatened to kill her.

The woman broke free, fled the house and summoned police. After Bob fled, the victim returned to the house to discover that unspecified personal property had been stolen, police said.

Bob is black, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to frequent the 5900 block of Tulip St.

• William Rodriguez, 41, is wanted for aggravated assault and related offenses.

On June 26 at about 11:12 a.m., Rodriguez allegedly attacked a female acquaintance inside her home at an undisclosed location. Rodriguez allegedly pushed the woman against a wall and stairs, grabbed her cell phone, threw it against a wall, choked her and threatened her with harm if she notified police.

Rodriguez is known to frequent the area of 3700 N. Darien St. He is Hispanic, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 190 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

•  Damon Roundtree, 40, is wanted for arson and related offenses.

On Nov. 19, Roundtree allegedly set fire to clothing and a comforter inside a home on the 9400 block of Woodbridge Road. Roundtree was living there at the time and allegedly set the fire after the homeowner asked him about recent damage to the interior of the home. As the homeowner extinguished the fire, Roundtree allegedly took the victim’s car and fled the area.

Roundtree is known to frequent the area of 7900 Limekiln Pike. He is black, 6 feet 5 inches tall and 280 pounds. He has a shaved head and brown eyes.

• Knieam Williams, 20, is wanted for robbery and related offenses.

On Nov. 25, Williams allegedly went to the home of an acquaintance on the 1500 block of Gillingham St., demanded money from the victim and threatened to harm him if he didn’t comply. The victim, a senior citizen, screamed for help, prompting Williams to flee the house on foot, police said.

Williams is also known as “Nine” and is known to frequent the area of 1400 Sellers St. He is black, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

• Michael Zsitkowsky, 41, is wanted for theft and related offenses.

On Nov. 27, Zsitkowsky allegedly was living in the home of a woman on the 800 block of Red Lion Road when the victim discovered that her jewelry valued at about $19,000 was missing from her bedroom. When she confronted Zsitkowsky about the jewelry, he allegedly fled. Detectives later determined that he had sold the jewelry at an undisclosed place of business.

Zsitkowsky is known to frequent the area of 600 E. Church Lane. He is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 175 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. ••
