Detectives name Northeast’s most wanted
The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Detectives Division is seeking the public’s help in locating the following most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes in the Northeast:
• Anthony Bracy, 28, of the 4400 block of N. Seventh St., for robbery, carjacking, theft and related offenses.
On Nov. 17, Bracy allegedly was riding in the front passenger seat of a car driven by a woman on the 5900 block of Summerdale Ave. when he became angry, punched the dashboard and forced the driver to pull over. Bracy then exited the car, police said, walked around to the driver’s side, pulled the driver from the vehicle and threw her to the ground, causing injuries to her knees. Bracy allegedly drove off in the vehicle.
Bracy is black, 6 feet tall and 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
• Daniel Dittmar, 25, of the 1700 block of Hope Ave. in Bensalem, for theft and receiving stolen property.
On Aug. 31, a woman reported to Philadelphia police that her jewelry had been stolen from her home on the 3300 block of Lester Road and that Dittmar, a friend of the victim’s daughter, had been staying in the home around the time that the items disappeared. Detectives later determined that Dittmar allegedly sold the missing jewelry to two stores at Franklin Mills mall without the victim’s consent.
Dittmar is white, 6 feet tall and 195 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
• Marcelles Hobbs, 23, of the 5900 block of Shisler St., for burglary, theft and related offenses.
On May 16, a man returned to his home on the 5900 block of Belden St. and discovered that he had been burglarized. The crook had taken his Apple iPad, Apple MacBook Pro, Xbox, Sony PSP Go and M1 semiautomatic rifle. Police claim they initially found the missing iPad inside Hobbs’ residence, then obtained a warrant to search the place. They allegedly recovered the missing Xbox and PSP Go inside Hobbs’ bedroom. Hobbs is black, 6 feet tall and 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
• Miguel Melendez-Colon, 23, of the 4200 block of Vista St., for robbery, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and related offenses.
On Jan. 11 at about 10 p.m., Melendez-Colon allegedly argued with a woman inside the same house, choked her with his hands, pointed a .38-caliber semiautomatic handgun at her and threatened her. He then stole her mobile phone, $500 cash and Access card before fleeing, police said.
Melendez-Colon is considered armed and dangerous. He is Hispanic with light skin and is 5 feet 3 inches tall. His weight is not known. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
•Adam Sinanan, 22, of the 4700 block of Griscom St., for aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, firearms violations and related offenses.
On Dec. 14 at about 9 a.m., a woman was walking a 5-month-old boy along the 4200 block of Frankford Ave. when Sinanan allegedly approached the pair in a black vehicle, stopped, exited the vehicle and began arguing with the woman. During the confrontation, Sinanan struck the woman in the face and pointed a small black handgun at her and the boy, police said. He then re-entered the vehicle and fled. Police observed that the woman had a cut lip.
Sinanan is considered armed and dangerous. He is black, 6 feet 5 inches tall and 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
